Attention the time of availability You see on this calendar is UNILAB Italian availability time, not your local time, but Italian time.

Remote Assistance Connections will last 50 minutes at the most.

1) After you fill the below form with your company information and the purpose of the assistance connection, you will receive a confirmation email, with a link to download the connection software.

2) When your booking is accepted by UNILAB, you are kindly required to connect at the given time, so not to cause any delay to the following customer waiting for assistance after you.

3) In case of a skipped connection for no given reasons, UNILAB has the right to accept and reschedule a connection with you only after a week.
