NEW IMPLEMENTATIONS AND ENGINEERING SERVICES HOUR PACKAGES

Unilab extends its portfolio activities by introducing several services for people who work in the heat exchangers field:

• packages of 5, 25 or 50 hours for New Implementations

• packages of 5, 25 or 50 hours for Engineering Services.

Unilab always offers "Standard Software": often some clients desire to customize some functions or insert new features needed for their activities. Furthermore, many customers may require Unilab support for Engineering consultings. Unilab recommends the first package to customize the clients software, the second option for the Engineering support.

In both cases, after the customers acquire the 5, 25 or 50 hour packages, Unilab technical staff will analyze the work, make a preventive analysis. At delivery time, Unilab will send the customers a report stating the work done and the remaining available hours for future implementations.
