Il modulo consente, fornendo le condizioni di ingresso e portata d&#8217;aria, <strong>di prendere la temperatura in uscita dalla prima batteria, facendola diventare la temperatura di ingresso nella seconda<\/strong>. Questo permette molte possibilit\u00e0: si possono eseguire calcoli di <strong>deumidificatori<\/strong> (sia fluidi freddi che caldi nella stessa macchina), ogni batteria pu\u00f2 avere una <strong>geometria diversa<\/strong> e <strong>passi alette diversi<\/strong>, un passo alette per batteria (ad esempio nei <strong>blast freezer<\/strong>).<\/p>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text -->        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n                <div  data-lazy=\"1\" class=\"module_subrow themify_builder_sub_row tf_w col_align_middle gutter-none tb_col_count_2 tb_9y9q101\">\n                <div  data-lazy=\"1\" class=\"module_column sub_column tb_x95t101 first\">\n                    <!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_2fl8101   \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n        <h3>FREECOOLING: BATTERIA CALDA + CONDENSATORE<\/h3>\n<p>La seconda applicazione speciale \u00e8 il modulo FREECOOLING. In questo caso, COILS pu\u00f2 simulare due scenari di batterie in serie lato aria. Una batteria di riscaldamento + un condensatore, come generalmente si vede nelle applicazioni dei chiller aria-acqua, e una batteria di raffreddamento + un condensatore. Entrambe sono in parallelo lato fluido, e quindi possono essere alimentate da fluidi diversi. Se la temperatura dell&#8217;aria esterna sulla batteria \u00e8 sufficientemente bassa (ad esempio 5\u00b0C), con l&#8217;acqua che entra nella batteria di riscaldamento a 20\u00b0C, l&#8217;aria fredda fa raffreddare l&#8217;acqua a 15\u00b0C, che a sua volta va all&#8217;evaporatore, a piastre come nelle immagini, o a fascio per potenze maggiori. Quindi utilizziamo l&#8217;aria fredda per raffreddare l&#8217;acqua.<\/p>\n<p>Attenzione: questo modulo di simulazione considera solo le 2 batterie e non gli altri componenti del ciclo frigorifero. Per il ciclo frigorifero completo con batterie di free cooling, si consiglia di utilizzare il software <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unilab.eu\/it\/heat-transfer-software\/unilab-shark\/\">SHARK<\/a> e di dare un&#8217;occhiata al nostro modulo dedicato ai chiller aria-acqua!<\/p>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_6r8d101   \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n        <h3>FREECOOLING: BATTERIA FREDDA + CONDENSATORE<\/h3>\n<p>In questo caso, COILS pu\u00f2 simulare due batterie in serie, composte da una batteria di raffreddamento e un condensatore. Lo scopo qui \u00e8 quello di raggiungere una temperatura di condensazione pi\u00f9 bassa, quindi la batteria di raffreddamento fornisce una temperatura pi\u00f9 bassa al condensatore per raggiungere una temperatura di condensazione pi\u00f9 bassa. In questo esempio, l&#8217;aria entra nella batteria di raffreddamento a 35 \u00b0C e 50% di UR, mentre l&#8217;acqua passa da 7 a 12 \u00b0C. L&#8217;aria che entra nella batteria di raffreddamento viene raffreddata a 27\u00b0C ed entra nella batteria di condensazione, consentendo una temperatura di condensazione inferiore. Questo modulo consente, fornendo le condizioni di ingresso e portata d&#8217;aria, di prendere la temperatura in uscita dalla batteria di raffreddamento, facendola diventare la temperatura di ingresso Il modulo consente, fornendo le condizioni di ingresso e portata d'aria, <strong>di prendere la temperatura in uscita dalla prima batteria, facendola diventare la temperatura di ingresso nella seconda<\/strong>. Questo permette molte possibilit\u00e0: si possono eseguire calcoli di <strong>deumidificatori<\/strong> (sia fluidi freddi che caldi nella stessa macchina), ogni batteria pu\u00f2 avere una <strong>geometria diversa<\/strong> e <strong>passi alette diversi<\/strong>, un passo alette per batteria (ad esempio nei <strong>blast freezer<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<h3>FREECOOLING: BATTERIA CALDA + CONDENSATORE<\/h3> <p>La seconda applicazione speciale \u00e8 il modulo FREECOOLING. In questo caso, COILS pu\u00f2 simulare due scenari di batterie in serie lato aria. Una batteria di riscaldamento + un condensatore, come generalmente si vede nelle applicazioni dei chiller aria-acqua, e una batteria di raffreddamento + un condensatore. Entrambe sono in parallelo lato fluido, e quindi possono essere alimentate da fluidi diversi. Se la temperatura dell'aria esterna sulla batteria \u00e8 sufficientemente bassa (ad esempio 5\u00b0C), con l'acqua che entra nella batteria di riscaldamento a 20\u00b0C, l'aria fredda fa raffreddare l'acqua a 15\u00b0C, che a sua volta va all'evaporatore, a piastre come nelle immagini, o a fascio per potenze maggiori. Quindi utilizziamo l'aria fredda per raffreddare l'acqua.<\/p> <p>Attenzione: questo modulo di simulazione considera solo le 2 batterie e non gli altri componenti del ciclo frigorifero. Per il ciclo frigorifero completo con batterie di free cooling, si consiglia di utilizzare il software <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unilab.eu\/it\/heat-transfer-software\/unilab-shark\/\">SHARK<\/a> e di dare un'occhiata al nostro modulo dedicato ai chiller aria-acqua!<\/p>\n<h3>FREECOOLING: BATTERIA FREDDA + CONDENSATORE<\/h3> <p>In questo caso, COILS pu\u00f2 simulare due batterie in serie, composte da una batteria di raffreddamento e un condensatore. Lo scopo qui \u00e8 quello di raggiungere una temperatura di condensazione pi\u00f9 bassa, quindi la batteria di raffreddamento fornisce una temperatura pi\u00f9 bassa al condensatore per raggiungere una temperatura di condensazione pi\u00f9 bassa. In questo esempio, l'aria entra nella batteria di raffreddamento a 35 \u00b0C e 50% di UR, mentre l'acqua passa da 7 a 12 \u00b0C. L'aria che entra nella batteria di raffreddamento viene raffreddata a 27\u00b0C ed entra nella batteria di condensazione, consentendo una temperatura di condensazione inferiore.
