consente agli ingegneri di progettare, verificare e selezionare<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"> evaporatori-condensatori<\/span> a cascata con precisione ed efficienza.\u00a0Unilab ha introdotto la modalit\u00e0 innovativa <strong>Cascade<\/strong> nei software UniSuite PLATE &amp; SHELL e UniSuite SHELL (per scambiatori a fascio tubiero). Questa funzionalit\u00e0 permette a un fluido di condensare da un lato dello scambiatore di calore mentre contemporaneamente evapora dall&#8217;altro lato. Questa libreria comprende le propriet\u00e0 termodinamiche e termofisiche di oltre <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">300 liquidi e gas<\/span> (che possono essere ulteriormente estesi autonomamente dall&#8217;utente), un ampio archivio di <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">OLI<\/span> e <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">12 miscele di liquidi, insieme ai refrigeranti pi\u00f9 recenti e ad oltre 200 tra fluidi alimentari e non newtoniani<\/span>. Abbiamo infatti esteso questa libreria per includere oltre <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">200 fluidi alimentari e non newtoniani<\/span>. La modalit\u00e0 rating fissa i dati termodinamici della portata fluido, <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">le temperature di ingresso<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">e di uscita<\/span> inserite dall&#8217;utente, per ottenere il bilancio termico. \u00c8 anche possibile inserire la capacit\u00e0 richiesta, la portata e la temperatura di ingresso per determinare la temperatura di uscita, che rimarr\u00e0 quindi fissa.<\/p>\n<p>Il software calcoler\u00e0 quale dovrebbe essere il coefficiente di scambio per ottenere la capacit\u00e0 richiesta dall&#8217;utente, fornendo come risultati i fattori di sporcamento, che vengono poi trasformati nel coefficiente di scambio globale. Di conseguenza, il software mostrer\u00e0 il sovradimensionamento rispetto al coefficiente globale. richiesta.<\/p>\n<p>Il software fornisce come output la potenza, il margine (la differenza relativa in % tra la potenza calcolata e quella richiesta), il numero di piastre dello scambiatore di calore, Questa libreria comprende le propriet\u00e0 termodinamiche e termofisiche di oltre 300 liquidi e gas (che possono essere ulteriormente estesi autonomamente dall'utente), un ampio archivio di OLI e 12 miscele di liquidi, insieme ai refrigeranti pi\u00f9 recenti e ad oltre 200 tra fluidi alimentari e non newtoniani. Ogni software integra fattori di correzione, che consentono all'utente di allineare i risultati derivanti dalle equazioni contenute nel software con i propri dati sperimentali.<\/p>\n<h3>VERIFICA<\/h3> <p>In modalit\u00e0 VERIFICA, o <strong>RATING,<\/strong> l'utente dispone di tutti i parametri costruttivi dello scambiatore di calore e dei dati termodinamici, e vuole determinare il coefficiente di scambio termico. La modalit\u00e0 rating fissa i dati termodinamici della portata fluido, le temperature di ingresso e di uscita inserite dall'utente, per ottenere il bilancio termico. \u00c8 anche possibile inserire la capacit\u00e0 richiesta, la portata e la temperatura di ingresso per determinare la temperatura di uscita, che rimarr\u00e0 quindi fissa.<\/p> <p>Il software calcoler\u00e0 quale dovrebbe essere il coefficiente di scambio per ottenere la capacit\u00e0 richiesta dall'utente, fornendo come risultati i fattori di sporcamento, che vengono poi trasformati nel coefficiente di scambio globale. Di conseguenza, il software mostrer\u00e0 il sovradimensionamento rispetto al coefficiente globale.
