At Unilab, we have a clear vision: to lead the future of engineering through independent and innovative software solutions.

In 2025, we took a decisive step toward that goal by making Artificial Intelligence a core, in-house capability.

This journey began with the arrival of  Jacopo Cocomello, our AI Engineering Expert, who laid the foundations of our AI capabilities and initiated a structured, forward-looking approach to AI integration across the company.

This year, we further strengthened our team with Alessandro Fella, expanding our ability to develop and scale our proprietary AI engineering framework. Alongside them, Atousa Ataieyan continues to play a key role in advancing our engineering initiatives, ensuring that innovation remains both rigorous and impactful.

Our AI team does not operate in isolation. It works in close collaboration with our R&D, Production, and Commercial teams, in the same integrated way that defines Unilab’s approach across all departments.

This alignment allows us to develop AI-driven thermodynamic solutions that are not only technologically advanced, but also deeply rooted in real-world industrial applications.

And this is just the beginning.
