Focus: CLIMATE WORLD 2019, MOSCOW

As every year, Climate World Moscow is one of the most eagerly awaited trade fair events in the Russian HVAC&R market. The fair, co-organized by EUROEXPO and APIC (Association of Professionals in the Industry of Climate) and now in its fifteenth edition since 2005, is the world’ s leading exhibition in the Russian heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration sector, and an important showcase for all participants. A fundamental platform, to meet new business partners and challengers, to explore new market tendencies from a commercial and technical point of view, to understand the new trends and innovations of the various R&D departments of the participating companies. This year, firms from more than 25 countries will be present on an area of more than 20000 square metres. More than 25,000 visitors from all over the world are to be expected this year.

Climate World represents the entire range of the Russian HVAC&R market – from air conditioning manufacturers to engineering and consulting companies and installers. It will be interesting to see and evaluate what big news the various manufacturers of chillers, heat pumps, air handling units, and manufacturers of components such as finned pack coils and heat exchangers will have to offer again from the point of view of technological innovation in this edition. As already identified at the last edition of Chillventa, it is expected that Pillow Plate heat exchanger manufacturers will be more and more widespread on the various stands, the first almost exclusive prerogative of the process industry, in the food industry, in the concentration of milk and fruit juices, and that they will instead begin to enter the HVAC sector more and more. The extreme flexibility of the Pillow Plate Falling Film Evaporator, which we have talked about in this brief article https://www.unilab.eu/articles/news-events/unilab-presents-ffe-tsr/, is in fact favouring its diffusion in many sectors, from its use as an element in distillation towers to its use as a heat exchange component in Chillers in the HVAC sector.

But let’s come to the main themes declared by “Climate World”, an exhibition traditionally centered on several key themes. These include the promotion of innovation and technological advancement, the defence of the principles of fair competition between companies in the sector, the contribution to the sustainable development of the Russian HVAC sector.

“Climate World” offers in fact to producers, whether they are newcomers or established brands, to government companies and to any player in the market a priority path to show themselves to their potential customers.
