Unilab is proud to present the new additional feature of Shark, which allows the MULTIPOINT CALIBRATION of phe and shell & tube evaporators. The user will be free to calibrate the evaporator on multiple calibration points, in a completely autonomous way, in his customer archive. Better precision, better autonomy! How does it work? The user can already insert the exchanger autonomously in the archives.
Multipoint calibration is accessible from the “Multifactors calibration” button.
Pressing the “Generate Data” button
it will be possible, for plates or shell & tube evaporators, to set fluids, fluid temperatures and evaporation temperatures to be used for calibration:
A table will be automatically created, on which the user can fill in the columns relating to evaporation temperature, capacity and pressure drops
– By pressing the “Calculate Factors” button, it will be possible to start the automatic factor search procedure.
- Automatically, the columns relating to “DTML”, “Power factor” and “Pressure loss factor” will be filled in.
It will then be possible to save the calibration set for the current exchanger in an Excel file, which can then be imported.
– Finally it will be possible, through the “Check Calibrations” button, to start the procedure of punctual control of the calibration.
